We delve deep into the musical nostalgia of the mid-twentieth century with two great orchestrators: Respighi and Stokowski. Respighi’s orchestrations of Rachmaninoff’s musical paintings, from seagulls to a Russian fairground, are a brilliant combination of the imagination of two composers. Prepare to be stunned by the extraordinary playing of Walnut Creek pianist Mungunchimeg Buriad in Rachmaninoff’s great Second Piano Concerto.

Parking Advisory: Please note that the Lesher Center Garage will be under construction. The Lesher Center Portal Project will create a walkway from the Parking Garage to the Lesher Center, so patrons can travel between the two structures without having to exit on Locust Street.
