Join Santa and Mrs. Claus in the North Pole, during this immersive, live theatre experience. Watch as the Holiday magic brings a smile to your entire family!

Experience Running Time: approx. 10 - 15 minutes

Visit To The North Pole is an exclusive visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus in their home and workshop. Each timeslot is privately arranged for your family only!

Each timeslot is intended for you and up to five (5) additional family members, with photo opportunities, and includes memories that will last a lifetime!

It is important that you arrive before your scheduled timeslot - Santa and Mrs. Claus are very busy and may not be able to visit with your family should you arrive late. Please schedule your visit with plenty of time to arrive.

Construction Alert! The Lesher Center Plaza is under renovation. New and changing traffic patterns around the construction could greatly change travel time and access to the Lesher Center Parking Garage. We strongly encourage all guests to plan ahead and allow extra travel time. For more information about the project, please contact the LCA Administration Office by calling (925) 295-1400.

Passenger Drop Off Alert! The Civic Drive passenger-loading zone will be unavailable at times during the Plaza Renovation. If you are planning on parking in the Lesher Center Garage, please enter the garage from Locust Street, using the right entrance lane, and drop passengers off at the Lesher Center Portal, which leads to our courtyard. Proceed under the Portico to reach the Ticket Office and our front doors (approx. 150 ft. distance).

The Lesher Center for the Arts strives to provide accurate advisories for each performance in regards to special effects that may affect patron health and sensitivities, including but not limited to smoke, strobe lighting, graphic violence, and aggressive sound effects. However, the Lesher Center for the Arts does not always provide advisories in regards to content, as content sensitivities vary patron to patron. If you have any questions or concerns about content, please contact the Lesher Center Ticket Office prior to purchasing your tickets, as all sales are final; the Lesher Center for the Arts will not refund any order to patrons who choose not to see a performance based on subject matter or personal view of content or quality. As a rental facility, the Lesher Center for the Arts may not be provided information on every intended special effect and maturity appropriateness in advance.
