The second program of Diablo Ballet's 26th season, Balanchine & Beyond, features the romantic Who Cares? By George Balanchine set to the iconic music of George Gershwin; the sweeping duet Berceuse by Penny Saunders; the lyrical Bach Suite for Strings by Sally Streets; the bravura Esmerelda Pas de Deux, variations and Coda; and dancer Michael Wells makes his choreographic debut with Forward Thinking with music composed and performed live by Justin Levitt.
